In August, our Director of Operations, Debbie Bastian, DMCP, earned her Event Emergency Preparedness and Risk Management certification administered by the Association of Destination Management Executives International (ADMEI). She attended a 2-day in-depth training course created specifically for meeting, event, and destination management professionals to become emergency & risk management specialists. Following the training, Debbie incorporated the new tools she acquired into our company’s emergency checklists/procedures for our client’s benefit.
