    Get to Know Allie


    Allie Salgueiro Perkins

    Allie was born in Sao Paulo, Brasil. She speaks fluent English, Portuguese, and basic Spanish. When Allie comes up with a great design idea for a client, she’s actually thinking it out in Portuguese! Allie has a passion for detail and design, and that is why her events are always único (Portuguese for unique, of course!). Outside of work you can find Allie behind her camera traveling the world. Her favorite place on earth is Tuscany, Italy.

    Technology Meets Customization

    Allie attended the 2019 ADMEI Annual Conference in Houston, Texas in early February. ADMEI is the acronym for Association of Destination Management Executives International. Destination Management Companies (DMC) from around the world came together at the conference to inspire, innovate, and imagine. The annual ADMEI conference offered a number of valuable educational sessions on a variety of industry topics, but Allie found the Technology Tools session especially helpful.

    Technology is an important tool in the Ultimate Ventures toolbox. Our team is in the habit of embracing new technology and weaving it into our processes in an effort to simplify and streamline.     Another way Ultimate Ventures uses technology is in our transportation services. Our operations team are logistics queens that know Dallas-Fort Worth like the back of their hand. They communicate with our drivers when to stop, turn, and go, and they are responsible for creating custom routes and maps for the arrival, departure, and transfers for your program.

    Additionally, Ultimate Ventures offers a transportation notification system for our clients. This notification system seamlessly sends text alerts about flight information directly to your client’s phone. From the moment your guests step onto Texas soil, UV has your back!
