Ultimate Ventures has been helping clients with their Dallas corporate meetings and events for over 25 years. Over the years, we have produced thousands of Dallas DMC events.

Dallas DMC events can range from a private dinner at a restaurant for 10 VIPs to a multi-day conference filled with transportation, activities, dine-arounds, team-building and special events.  

Here’s an example of the Dallas DMC events that we put together for a multi-day Annual Sales Conference for 750 people. With a “Winning” inspired conference theme, it was essential that we delivered an action-packed program full of opportunities for mingling, friendly competition, and teamwork. Our company designed three distinct evening events each with their own personality and desired outcome: a speakeasy welcome; a night of fast-paced Texas competition; and a distinctive recognition event for top performers.

DMC events Dallas, Night 1: Starting with Night 1, guests were transported back in time to the Roaring 20’s at a Speakeasy themed Welcome Reception highlighting Dallas-Fort Worth’s history during the prohibition era. Alcohol production and sales may have been banned in the US, but Texans had no problem finding a saloon to stop in for a beverage.

The hotel ballroom was transformed into a Prohibition Era-inspired speakeasy. Rich leather furniture groupings coupled with handsome wooden bars gave the space a classically vintage feel, while amber up lights and Edison bulb chandeliers provided a cozy, lounge atmosphere. Attendees were able to engage in conversations with their peers amongst the ample amount of mixed seating arrangements. A vintage bathtub sparked distant memories of the days of drinking homegrown moonshine and bathtub gin during the 20’s.

Guests enjoyed a taste of the era at the whiskey tasting station where they learned about the history of whiskey and how it’s made, all while sampling the top brands.

DMC events Dallas, Night 2: By Night 2, the Conference was in full swing and the attendees were ready to break free from the meeting room and engage in some friendly Texas-style competition with their peers. This event took place at Gilley’s Dallas, a venue inspired by the movie Urban Cowboy. Less than a mile from the hotel, the client insisted on giving guests the option of walking or riding a motorcoach.

Greeted by cowboys on horseback and a trick roper, guests immediately got into the Texas spirit. From experience, we knew these attendees loved to compete so we offered recreational activities spread out across five separate rooms in the massive venue. Non-stop western entertainment and activities included, Western Mini-Golf, speed pitch and billiards in the Texas professional sport themed room, a mechanical bull, Target practice, an Old West Photo station, and armadillo racing! In the main room, guests enjoyed authentic country music from a live band while line dance instructors taught guests how to two-step.

DMC events Dallas, Night 3: The conference concluded with an elegant Awards Dinner celebrating the accomplishments of the Company’s top sales performers. It was important that the event exude the grandeur of one of the biggest nights of the year. With the meeting’s colorful logo and the many colors of Texas in mind, we exceeded expectations with a complex one-of-a-kind honeycomb pattern linens accented with modern pops of color to dazzle the guests. Bold centerpieces, bright colors, eye catching patterns and luxurious linens delivered an award-winning evening. The highly anticipated event left guests feeling inspired and highly valued!
