The great thing about Dine-arounds is that our services can be fully customized to meet the needs and the budget of our client. Depending on your needs, our services may include Website Registration, Site Visits, Transportation, Staffing, Signage, Payments, and more!For example, during the planning stages, the Operations Manager develops a detailed grid that provides all the information needed for a successful dine-around. If we have staff assigned to escort the group, the Operations Manager will share the information with the staff riding the vehicles so they’re fully aware of every dinner taking place during the evening. UV also advances the restaurants before the group arrives to make sure everything is set up and ready to go.
Communication is key when it comes to executing a successful Dine-around, and UV makes sure everyone is on the same page, including our clients, staff, restaurants, and drivers. We make sure nothing slips through the cracks and everyone is taken care of so you can relax!
