We start by maintaining the standard industry General & Professional Liability coverage to cover any unexpected errors and omissions in order to keep your program running as it should.

In addition, all full-time staff and field staffers are hired as employees which means they are covered by our workers compensation coverage. If any team member is injured while on the job, UV has it covered 100%. This is an important distinction. Did you realize that if they were paid as contractors, and got hurt, that your company could be liable? Many don’t.
