ADMC Accreditation

Not only is Ultimate Ventures the only Accredited Destination Management Company  (ADMC) DMC in North Texas, UV was also the first DMC in the area to become accredited by the Association of Destination Management Executives International (ADMEI).  Why is this important?

Being accredited gives our clients the added level of security of having a partner who has not only met ADMC program requirements, but exceeded them. These requirements measure our company’s longevity, stability, commitment to the DMC industry, and service levels.

When evaluating potential DMC partners, it’s important to ask, “Is your company an accredited DMC?” in order to ascertain whether they have taken this extra measure to protect you, your company, and your guests. The best DMCs will have their ADMC accreditation.

The following are several ADMC standards that could directly or indirectly have a significant impact on your next program:

ADMCs maintain comprehensive insurance, sufficient to protect clients, including a minimum of $1 million General Liability.

UV maintains $1 Million in professional and general liability.

ADMCs have been a registered business in their state(s) of operation for a minimum of five (5) years.

UV has been a registered business in the state of Texas since 1993.

ADMCs must have a minimum of one (1) Destination Management Certified Professional (DMCP) on staff.

UV has 4 DMCPs on staff.

ADMCs maintain a minimum of three (3) full-time employees to cover the areas of sales, operations and administration effectively.

UV has 11 full-time employees.

ADMCs maintain a permanent non-residential office and have standard Monday through Friday office hours.

UV’s corporate offices are located in Addison. We are open Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM with 24/7 access to Operations Managers during program operations. 

ADMCs are members of their local Convention and Visitor’s Bureau (CVB)/Destination Marketing Organization (DMO), Tourist Bureau and/or local Chamber of Commerce.

UV is a member of Visit Dallas plus numerous local hospitality industry associations.
