Each region had its own monochromatically designed zone that could be seen from the moment guests walked outside, plus easy-to-find signage with maps. From the lounge furniture to the spandex linens, to the centerpieces and even the food truck facades, everything reflected a single color.
In the middle of it all, we created a central hub that served as the event’s “Switzerland”. It was a neutral gathering space for all the regions to come together and network. This welcoming area drew guests in with long rustic wooden tables, copper chairs, and string lighting overhead. Brightly colored floral centerpieces combined all nine region’s colors in a nod of unity. The stage was also located in this area, and the musical trio drew guests in with their wide repertoire.
Rounding out the event, food stations, and various lawn-styled games were dotted throughout all regions to encourage movement and exploration.
The client’s goals of creating unique gathering spaces for each region, making them easily distinguishable, and providing many reasons to mingle had been achieved. This novel approach to making sure each region “felt the love” was appreciated by our client and their guests.
