Top 25 DMCs & Esprit Nominations
We’re excited to announce that Ultimate Ventures has been named a Top 25 Destination Management Company (DMC) worldwide in Special Events magazine’s 2019 Summer issue. The magazine’s annual Top 25 DMC list recognizes destination management companies that are leaders in the industry and in the destinations they operate. In addition, Ultimate Ventures has been nominated for three prestigious awards in the upcoming International Live Events Association (ILEA) Esprit Awards. These nominations recognize and celebrate the Ultimate Ventures team’s creativity in creating distinctive corporate events.

Memorable Celebrations at your Office
UV loves bringing the magic to you, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Our team can create designs that completely transform your everyday office space into any theme you wish. Picture your colleagues arriving to work and being dazzled with décor from ceiling to floor! They will wonder if they walked into the right place.
Our Polar Express Holiday Party was one of our most favorite holiday office events to date! A red-carpet led the employees to the front doors of the building where they entered through beautiful red drapes. Once employees were inside, they took in the magically altered front office filled with Christmas trees, wreaths, and the Polar Express ticket office. Each employee received a ticket from the booking clerk and after passing it off to the conductor they entered into the Polar Express experience.
Guests were enchanted by the dreamy décor that had transformed their office. In the dining room, each wall was draped in white curtains with snowflakes lighting up the walls. Christmas trees, tables, and holiday spirit filled the room as a DJ dressed as a train conductor serenaded the guests with holly jolly tunes. Adults indulged in cocktails and sweet treats while their children wrote letters to Santa with some help from Santa’s little helpers. Outside in the parking lot, families enjoyed a train ride and carnival booth games. Guests were able to challenge each other to different games such as Marshmallow Blast, Ring-a-Reindeer, Decorate the Tree, and Light the Train. Oh, and did we mention Mr. and Mrs. Claus were there too? Having your event at your office, won’t hinder our creativity!
Meaningful CSR/Giveback Activity Benefiting Charity of Choice
The end-of-year marks a season full of giving. Holiday parties and end-of-year celebrations provide the perfect opportunity to include your employees in a charitable activity. If you don’t have a preferred charity, Ultimate Ventures has cultivated relationships with numerous charitable organizations across Dallas-Fort Worth that would benefit greatly by a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/Giveback activity at your event.
Take for example our custom designed CSR themed “Winter Wonderland” for a pharmaceutical conference of 1,400 guests back in December 2018 at The Hilton Anatole. These guests threw their hearts into two events over two days. On the first night, guests blessed and dressed 400 stuffed animals, wrapped 400 gifts, and organized 200 books for the event on the following night. The next evening, guests welcomed 125 children from the Dallas chapter of the Boys and Girls Club with genuine Holiday spirit as they passed out the stuffed animals, gifts and books that they had worked on the night before. The program was awarded the 2019 ADMEI Achievement Award for Best Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This holiday season let UV custom design a CSR event that will warm the hearts of your attendees.

Themed Awards Ceremonies
End-of-year award ceremonies might be an annual event for your company, but that doesn’t mean the tradition should become mundane. Let UV sparkle up the night! Your employees have worked so hard over the past year, and now it’s time to recognize them and make them feel like the stars they are.
When it comes to themes for awards ceremonies the possibilities are endless! You don’t have to go with the typical holiday theme, instead you can choose something that stands out from the crowd. UV’s creative services team designed an awards dinner event called “When You Wish Upon a Star” that had a look and feel all its own. From the welcome reception in the ballroom foyer to the awards dinner and after party in the ballroom, the space was decked out in brilliantly colored flowers and sparkling objects that brought the theme to life. In what appeared to be a dark starry night sky were dark blue curtains draped in shimmering LED lights that divided the ballroom into two spaces. After the Awards Dinner concluded, the curtains were opened to reveal an after-party. It was a magical night for all guests.
