    Get to Know Dylan

Dylan was born and raised in Dallas, making her an expert on all things North Texas. She is passionate about trying new things. She has even crafted a never-ending Dallas bucket list of things she wants to do, food she wants to try, and places she wants to visit. On the weekends that Dylan isn’t operating a meeting or event, you can find her baking and decorating a gorgeous cake she made from scratch. It’s one of her amazing hidden talents!

Taking Events to the Next Level with Dylan

As a Senior Operations Manager, Dylan operates about 40 programs a year, and each program comes with unique elements that make it stand out from the rest. As a team, we love to “wow” our clients and make their experience one-of-a kind. Onsite, Dylan ensures these “wow” moments flawlessly come together. Here are some of her most memorable experiences onsite!

    Transformative Lighting

Our “Evening Under the Texas Sunset” event is forever engraved in Dylan’s memory for the wow factors that shined through the whole night. Special lighting was brought in to emulate the stunning Texas sunset across the pristine white walls of The French Room at the Adolphus hotel. When Dylan and the operations team were onsite, they weren’t sure which lighting color to use, so they tested out a few different looks. The warm orange lighting turned out to be the perfect shade! You could even see it as you were walking through the hall to get to the room. Dylan remembers thinking that it literally looked like a sunset glowing through the doors. Talk about a warm southern welcome!

    Engaging Entertainment

Events aren’t only about décor, entertainment matters just as much! Does your CEO like to make a big impression? UV has you covered! One of Dylan’s all-time favorite event memories was when she hired a choreographer to teach a CEO how to do a show tunes dance during the General Session! Our team decked him out in a glitzy, sparkly outfit for his performance. It was a surprise to all attendees and employees when he appeared on stage for the routine. Dylan attended each dance rehearsal with the CEO, where she witnessed his dedication and improvement. Afterwards, the entire group performed a flash mob! The company’s employees stretched out of their comfort zones and danced their way to success together. It was a memorable moment for all!

    Giving Back

One event that touched Dylan’s heart was our “Winter Wonderland” Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program that benefited the Dallas Boys and Girls Club. Our clients fulfilled the Christmas gift requests for 400 children! For the first night of the program, our team created Build-a-Bear stations for our clients to stuff and dress bears for every child. Dylan loved watching our clients get into the holiday spirit as they wrote sweet notes on the bear’s birth certificates. On the second night of the program, the children from the Dallas Boys and Girls Club came to the event, as a surprise to the guests, to receive their Christmas wish gift and participate in the fun! Dylan teared up as she saw how excited the kids were to pick out their very own bear. It was genuinely heartwarming for our clients to see the kids pick the bears they had made the night before. Everything about this program pulled on your heart strings and radiated Holiday cheer!
